I rode with these things one time off the trail, got mud on them and couldn't clip in. I had to take a stick and clean them many time. However if you arn't in to riding in the mud they are okay. I suggest gettting some eggbeaters, they are light and mud proof.

Pros:
Cheap, solid design and easy to get in and out of.
Cons:
The manual is lame, but really they work great so there are no weaknesses.

These pedals are a great value. They are solid and reliable and just get the job done. I haven't tried them in severe mud since I don't ride when the trails are that nasty. You can't go wrong with these pedals.

None really. I haven't had any problems at all. They're strong and reliable.
