Pros:
No GMO(Genetically Modified Organisms), many organic ingredients, made from real food, not synthetic ingredients, not made from isolated ingredients except the Soy lecithin which is a soy waste product (only bad thing in it). No chemicals, good tasting, about the healthiest energy bar out there and the cheapest in this category and quality. My daughter loves the chocolate chip one which I give her for a snack several times a week at school in place of the horrible school food. This review is for the Green Superfoods Odwalla bar. I've also eaten the peanut, Chocolate chip and their protein bar, all of which I like very much.
Cons:
Afore mentioned Soy Lecithin, slightly high in sugar, but since it's mostly natural sugar, it's far better. Contrary to what people have been taught, there is a huge difference from natural to processed sugar which no longer even a food, but the body treats it like a foriegn substance and an invader because it knows what's natural to it and what's not.

Slighttly high in calories and carbs, but at least they're from good foods, but still very good for a snack which should be about 200 cal, Superfoods in 230, 45 from fat which means it's a low fat food. I get them for 99 cents at Fairway market, other places have them for $1.25 on average.
