The Targa was made for the extreme cyclist. It mounts to the stem and not the bar to keep the unit out of harms way. Functions include, current speed, odometer, trip distance, clock, trip time (which is riding time) maximum speed, average speed and includes another function that compares current speed to average speed. This computer can also be programmed with two different wheel sizes. A heavy-duty wiring harness and Ti finish shell make for one tough computer.

To set the clock make sure the clock (CLK) is showing in the display and press and hold the reset button on the back of the bike computer for about 3 seconds until the display starts flashing. Use the bottom blue button to move from 1 digit to the next and the top silver button to increase the digit value in each position. When you are happy the time is correct press the button on the back of the computer - no need to hold it in just press and release this time.
