Pros: Cheap. Nothing else is good about it.
Cons: Difficult to adjust, heavy, can't cope with fast gear changes. Heavy.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I have used this system for three years commuting to work everyday (17 miles). It has been teribble as if I change from the larger to the smaller (front) too fast, the chain falls. It works fine for 3 weeks once serviced and goes bananas. I had this problem half way through the London Triathlon (twice). I cost me dearly and the whole event felt crap despite 4 months of intensive preparation.
Rating: 1
Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
