Very comfortable, I can't even tell I have it on. I didn't even realize it once I was off riding. It also takes a good beating. I also noticed when I washed came clean very easy. It dries fast and it seems to wick pretty well with a T-shirt or other underarmor type shirt. Plus the back protector is able to come off and I wore it seperately and it was great also. Customer Service was great and they were totally cool i called them two times.
Once fitted properly great product.
Price is excellent.

I wish I had it earlier. I had a problem of the chest protector feeling like it was riding up under my chin. But The guys at TEAM APEX GEAR fixed that for me when I made my phone call to them.

I am a new rider so I need all the protection I can get. I seem to be prone to eating it, lol.
The jacket really beathes well so I didn't over heat like I did when I borrowed my buddies Dainese. He bought one of these and I was stuck using his older Dainese. Around Christmas I took the plunge and bought my own KE2i and it was worth every dime. Plus the price for my TEAM APEX GEAR is far better I could buy two of these for what my buddy paid for the Dainese.
It cleans real easy just in the sink and mild soap so no need to put in washer nor in the dryer. Besides it's very noisy.
I called the guys at TEAM APEX GEAR a couple of times and explained that the chest protector felt like it was riding up under my chin. They told me they knew about it and had a fix for the problem and that it didn't happen to everone just certian body shapes. So they shot out this extra heavy duty HOOK & LOOP velcro stuff so that I could stitch it onto my waist belt and the bottom of the chest protector and it works great also. So, I cannot complain about anything really the product is about as good as it gets and the customer service has been great especially for the price and the features I don't think you could go wrong on it.
The second time I also spoke with them a little about my KE2i that I bought and again they were totally cool and hooked me up. They told me that I was fitted incorrectly so they were very knowledgable and new exactly what I needed and what my problem was. So here's the scoop. As I was told and it does work. The top of the back protector should fit between your scapula's (the shoulder blades) on your back and the tailbone protector should cover the section of you lower back above your buttox as to where a thong would go if you wore one if your a female.
They also told me that when I wear the jacket I should wear the straps to the back protector over my shoulders because it makes the back protector conform to my back much faster vs. just leaving the straps under the back protector. Everything has a purpose they said and they seem to right on.
I would give these guys a 9.9 on a scale of 1 - 10. the only reason I didn't give them a 10 is because I had to call. But other than that and in all fairness they and their product is very good. I will be a customer for years to come. I absolutely / definatley recommend this to all my friends.
