Pros: responsive, quick, agile, great suspension system, great disc braking ability (juicy 5's)
Cons: a slight bit of chain suck on the front chainrings once in a while.
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: The perfect bike for XC riding and racing. Rear suspension system automatically locks out on climbs/flats, and activates on downhill/bumps, absorbing all kinds of hits without a flaw. I rode a schwinn moab hardtail for 9 years prior to this, and this epic has greatly improved my ride/race times. A great hard-tail/full suspension "hybrid." If big downhill riding/racing and jumping is your thing, I would recommend a bike with a bit more travel, but this bike is perfect for competitive XC racing as well as leisure riding in deserts and mountains alike
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
