Pros:	Very fast and acurate shifting. Nerver failed on me. Not even when clogged up with mud.
Cons:	None that I can think of.
Time Used:	6 Months
Comments:	These are very good derailleurs. I previously used some shimano crap, but these always clogged up with mud and kept missing shifts. Now I can finally ride like the wind.
