Pros:
Powerful, light, maintenance-free, very quiet, non-corrosive mineral oil fluid is eco-friendly. "Made in Germany...those Germans make good stuff"
Cons:
Expensive as hell...but worth it.
Time Used:
3 Months
Comments:
One finger action is all that is needed, to get these stoppers to halt your ride smoothly. Make sure your quick release skewers are just right(count the turns), or else you will be re-aligning the caliper and constantly adding/removing shim spacers. After riding on bb7s for years...these are the hydros that finally got me to switch.

Pros:
lightweight, great modulation and stopping power
Cons:
fickle, bike cannot be inverted for more than a few minutes without requiring bleeding of lines, pads v. expensive
Time Used:
More than 2 years
Comments:
Maybe it was just a lfuke, but I have had to bleed the rear brake three times in 2 years. Front brake, however, no problems whatsoever. Very lightweight system and, when it works, excellent performance.
