Pros:	great medium tension, easy in easy out, mud isn't a problem
Cons:	the scissor like clips will release when you are riding in rocky terrain,
Time Used:	1 Year
Comments:	i have used performance shimano clones and the candy c's, the stainless version seem to be much better for me 6'2'' 240-lbs. I really like how the pedals shed mud, take a lickin and keep on tickin.
