Great news! An Egg Beater pedal with a large platform! Excellent for DH or general XC riding. Egg Beater technology, simple light-weight design, replaceable armor/traction plates, more surface and contact area, low stack height. 540g pair.

Pros:	Full platform for disengaging in sketchy areas. You don't need your cleats if you have to pedal down the street.
Cons:	Somewhat heavy, sometimes it is hard to get your foot centered on all that pedal and clip in.
Time Used:	6 Months
Comments:	This is a tough pedal that protects the eggbeaters pretty well from boulders and flying debris. I might try the lighter Mallets next time.
