Average Rating:

Similar to the M-545 but outfitted with a lightweight resin cage. Dual-sided pop-up binding position the body for easy and fast entry. Low maintenance sealed bearing cartridge axle. Includes cleats.

Pros: Easy to clip in; good support for foot
Cons: resin cage not durable
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: The popup mechanism broke on the 3rd ride when the part of the cage that held the spring in place cracked. Nashbar took it back, but they couldn't replace it, since they don't handle this pedal any more. I'm going to try to replace it with M-545 pedals -- same design with a metal cage.
Rating: 3
Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
