IRC Notos XC Kevlar Tire 1.95
Number of Reviews:   2
Average Rating:

Low rolling resistance doesn't do much good if you wash out in every corner. So IRC designed the Notos XC to be fully lugged for maximum traction, but they shortened the knob height so it remained blazing fast. 26 x 1.95", 530g.

Pros: Lightwieght, fast, keep you clean, looks
Cons: Instability when wet, bit on the thin side
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: These tyres really do make a difference, i had a set of cheap Kenda tyres on my wheels and didnt really feel the need for these. However, the weight and small knobs really do make the bike faster. When i ride in the mud, the lower profile knobs dont kick up as much dirt as my friends tyres, keeping me cleaner too ( at least thats why we reckon it is) Im liking the two colour tyre walls too. However they do have one drawback, they skid easier than my old (cheap) tyres when im riding on tarmac, and not just in the corners.
Rating: 3
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
