Good deal for the components that come with the bike. Suspension system is great saved my ass from soreness
Cons:
A little on the heavy side. Assembly directions were not clear. Quando tire hubs have a bad reputation.
Time Used:
Less Than A Month
Comments:
This bike isn't bad at all. Granted if ur a hardcore mountain biker this isn't for u. If you are a begginer or intermidiate and want to ride a solid bike that won't break like ur Toys r Us Huffy, Schwinn or Mongoose this bike is a great deal and won't disappoint

Comments:
i purchased i pinnacle ouray and the back rim literally exploded while i was riding and wrapped itself around the gears where i skidded to a stop... i had only ridden the bike maybe 15 times (i mostly do street riding local hills n stuff) i had seen another story like this the rim design is DANGEROUS and when i contacted the company with pictures they have just ignored me so far..... a bike shop told me that reliable manufacturers machine their rims from a single piece so this can never happen... i've flattened rims broke frames and popped tires when i was younger ive never seen anything this dangerous it almost killed me and it scared my dog to death........ but mostly i wish the company wouldnt just ignore me thats the final salt in the wound, i only asked for a new rim/tire because the rear disk and gear cassette isnt like anything else thats available...

Pros:
All the same components of a $5599 bikes for under $1000. Rides just as well as the Razor for 1/5th the price.. I was blown away - what a freaking KILLER bike!
Cons:
Not as flashy as a Santa Cruz - a little conservative in colors...
