Pros:	Very nice placement of the replaceable cleats, your feet do not slip like most pedals. They are light, and the extention is good enough to keep your ancle from hitting the crank hub.
Cons:	After a month i noticed a lttle lub. leakage from one pedal.
Time Used:	Less Than A Month
Comments:	Ilike them a lot and Ihope a little leakage won't lead to problems later on
