Pros:	Taste and amino acids for recovery.
Cons:	Kind of expensive and sometimes hard to find.
Time Used:	More than 2 years
Comments:	Tried it at Sea Otter a few years ago and basically stuck with it. Sometimes I add a Tri Berry NUUN electrolyte tablet which gives it a extra sweet taste.
