Beware of Hell and Hades at the end DO NOT TRY UNLESS VERY EXPERIENCED!! Extreme downhill off of a cliff on one side or huge rocks all theway on the other. Just fefore it the trail cuts to left if you want to bypass and head out. There is an alternate route that extends ride from 4 to 10 miles. After the steep climb from the creek in the valley and going straight for about a half mile, the trail forks, go right to head out and left to take 10 mile loop. Beware of the steep rocky ups and downs.

How to get there:
From I-40, take exit 301 and head south, right from nashville and left from knoxvile. At about 3 miles there will be a road on the left with a trailer at the corner, turn left, go about one-quarter of a mile and there will be a dirt lot on right. Park and go in.

Additional Notes:
There will be a view of a valley when you park, for an easier ride, start at the trail on the left.
