Trail Description:
Complex maze of sandy Pine Barrens dual track crisscrossed by singletrack fire breaks and track carved by enduro riders. Flat enduro trail made challenging by tight track and the occasional sand trap. Good aerobic workout. The enduro track is the best, and runs for at least 50 miles.
How to get there:
South on Rt 206 for ~25 mi from Exit 7 on NJ Turnpike. At the Atsion Ranger Station on N side of Atsion Lake, take Left on unpaved Quaker Bridge Road. (Masochists can park here.) Proceed 4 mi down Quaker Bridge Road. Cross the steel bridge and park. Take the small road at 11 o'clock (second road from left heading ENE; six roads converge here). After 1.2 mi of sometimes overly sandy road, where road crests on Devious Ridge, turn left or right on the enduro singletrack. Miles of fun.
