How to get there:
From north on I-20/59: take the first Meridian exit and turn left off the exit. Go straight thru 2 red lights (about 1 mile) and the entrance is on the right.

From the South: I-20/59 take the Butler,AL exit. This exits onto a frontage road, follow the frontage road to the first red light, turn right. Go straight thru the next red light and the entrance will be on your right.

Once in the park, follow the road around to the dam. Turning to the right onto the dam and follow to the parking lot. The trail head starts at the end of the paved road, around a gate. This is public, city owned property, the gate is to keep out motor vehicles.
