This is a beautiful setting with a picturesque creek, mature woods and lots of interesting terrain. The park consists of a ½ mile beginners loop - wide single track with little elevation change that follows the scenic creek and back to the bridge; a 2 mile intermediate loop -single track with interesting terrain, elevation changes, tree underpasses, and tree and gully crossings - that follows the creek on the opposite side of the beginners loop; a 3 mile highly technical expert loop and a 5 plus mile advance loop. Over ten miles of mountain bike trails!

How to get there:
Directions from I-71/I-75 in Florence, KY

Take the Burlington, Hwy 18 exit (Exit 181) and go west on Burlington Pike for approx. 5 miles to Burlington.

At the intersection just past the courthouse (flashing light) turn right on Idlewild Rd and head north approx. 1 mile.

You will pass the Boone County Fairgrounds on the left and just to the right will be the entrance to the England Idlewild Park.

Turn right into the park and take the main road to the last ball fields on the right - fields 6 and 7.

You can park at the end of the lot that runs between fields 6 & 7.

Follow the edge of the woods to the right for 200 feet and you will see an opening in the fence line to the left, follow the road down the hill into the woods and you will see the bridge. You are there!
