Trail Description:
This is an old civil war trail weaving through the ghettoes of DC. There is a surprising amount of care and maintenance applied to the park. Trailheads are very well marked with wooden signs. The trail winds through a narrow neck of woodlands and makes frequent crosses with roads, highways and neighborhood streets. Navigating the trail is very easy, yet not the safest place to get lost.

How to get there:
Located in Southeast DC with an entrance on Minnesota ave between Benning Rd and Pennsylvania Ave
