Trail Description:
Ranger Creek starts with a long, demanding 10 mile climb up forest service roads. Start up forest road 72 passing all spur roads for 7.4 miles and then continue climbing to the right up road 7250 and come to an intersection at 9.6 miles. Stay straight up supr road 210 which ends at 10.2 miles. This is the beginning of the Dalles Ridge Trail #1197. Ride up this trail for about .5 miles to Ranger Creek Trail #1197 and take the sharp right downhill. The turn is easy to miss. Follow the trail down to HWY 410 and turn right to go back to your car.

This ride features technical singletrack and lots of steep swithcbacks. It's a tough rigde, but a real blast for those that are up to it.

How to get there:
Follow SR 167 South to SR 410 East for 38.2 miles to Forest Service Road 72. Turn left and go 50 yards and park on the right side of the road at a small pull out.
