Ride Summary:
Technically challenging ride in Austin

Trail Description:
This trail is a definite favorite for those who enjoy an extremely technically challenging ride. Only 400 feet of climbing, but you will still get an extreme workout at Forest Ridge. The trail climbs up to the waterpower with plenty exposed dangerous drop-offs to keep you on your toes. This area is protected wilderness for the Golden Cheek Warbler so stay on the trails and keep an eye out for hikers and bird watchers. Tremendous scenery and views throughout and maybe you'll even see a Warbler or two.

How to get there:
In Austin, from the Arboretum area on Hwy 183, go South for two plus miles on 360 then look for the Forest Ridge Preserve and parking on the right.
