Trail Description:
With the parking lot at the top of Turkey Mountain and no maps available, remember: "Up is out" if you get lost! The number of trails seems infinite to newcomers of the mountain. However, it is most often ridden in loops, which may take anywhere from 45 minutes to nearly 2 hours depending on which trails you take. Expect to see trails branching off in every direction, giving you numerous choices and a headache to find the awesome trail you found last week! Also, expect short, steep climbs, and short, steep decents. Some fast, some easy, some technical, some downright insane! All skill levels can ride here, but a beginner needs a local to show them to the easy stuff. You can get into technical, rocky trails very quickly. Thickly wooded.

How to get there:
Just a couple of minutes from Tulsa. From HWY 75, take 71st Street exit and go east to Elwood (1st traffic light). Go north (left) to the top of the hill & you're there at the parking lot. From Tulsa, head west on 71st Street & go across the river to Elwood, go north (right). Most guys in the parking lot will be happy to ride with you and show you the trails, or go explore on your own!
