Trail Description:
The trails here are build on volcanic rock making for a unique trail surface. None of the trails here are very technical so entry-level riders are able to enjoy the trials. Caja Del Rio offers some spectacular views from the plateau.
How to get there:
From Santa Fe, take West Alameda which will turn into County Road 70 and turn to gravel. Follow County Road 70 for 5 miles past St. Francis and turn right onto County Road 62. Follow 62 for two miles into the Santa Fe National Forest and follow Forest Road 24 to Caja Del Rio.
