Trail Description:
This area offers a lot of trails to choose from. The main trail starts with a technical 40 minute climb then leads you on a long technical decent to the Seymour river. This ride will rattle your fillings loose for sure. Don't forget about the grind back up. The trails here vary from intermediate to un-rideable. Though a trail may start out easy, you can quickly find yourself over your head. (literally) Many trails involve difficult stream and log crossings and there are a lot of ramps like the one pictured above.

How to get there:
In Vancouver go East on Mt. Seymour Parkway. Turn left onto Mt. Seymour Rd. and park near the office.

Additional Notes:
Be careful and don't ride beyond your abilites!
