Trail Description:
0.0 - Follow paved road into Brandywine Recreation Area from parking lot.

0.3 - Paved road enters campground.

0.7 - At the end of the pavement, look for the trail head marked with a sign and yellow diamond.

1.0 - Fork in the trail at a trail registration sign, go left. No confusing intersections, just follow the Sawmill Trail (yellow diamonds).

4.6 - Trail loops back to the trail registration sign, go straight back the way you came.

4.9 - Trail returns to paved road in campground.

5.6 - Return to parking lot.

How to get there:
The Brandywine Recreation Area is near the West Virginia & Virginia boarder west of Harrisonburg, VA. From Harrisonburg, head west on Route 33. This will take you to the entrance of the park.
