Trail Description:
Head south from the elementary school on the paved path that parallels Centerville Road. At .2 miles turn left onto the path to the left of the power lines. The trail crosses Bay Valley Lane at mile .75. Turn left at the small fenced-in substation at mile .8. The trail follows some secondary power lines that run north along Little Rocky Run Creek to Braddock Road. The trail passes a small park with tennis courts. At mile 2.2, get back onto the trail on the right side of the power lines, after the passing the park. At mile 2.4, climb the embankment at Braddock Road and turn right on to the paved path. The trail disappears for awhile as the power lines parallel Braddock Road. Turn right onto the paved path that follows Union Mill Road at mile 2.8. The bike path ends at mile 4.3, so ride on the shoulder of the road. Union Mill Road intersects Compton Road at mile 4.8. Go straight through the stop sign and continue on Union Hill Road through a new housing development. Follow this to the power lines. At mile 5.3, turn right off Union Mill Road and ride to the power lines, heading west to Centerville Road. The trail crosses Compton Road at mile 6.4. The trail passes the small fenced-in power station on the right. Continue straight across Bay Valley Lane. At mile 7.7 the trail comes to Centerville Road. Turn right onto the paved bike path back to the school. At mile 7.8 the ride returns to the Centerville Elementary School.

How to get there:
Take exit 53 off of Route 66 and head south on Sully Road (Route 28). Sully Road crosses Lee Highway (Route 29) and becomes Centerville Road. Follow Centerville Road two miles and then turn left into the Centerville Elementary School parking lot.
