Ride Summary:
This ride is up Squaw Gulch and "winds" up heading down switch back trail.

Trail Description:
From the Kilns, head left. The trail will switch back, before climbing into the Black Forest. Once you have reached Black Forest the trails takes a left and makes its way through the burn. Once through the burn the trail continues right and heads up to the top of the ridge. From the ridge the trail continues into a meadow and then through the trees where it meats up with Squaw Gulch trail until you come to a gate. Then head right at the fork which and continue to the bottom. Once to the meadow look for a trail that forks left and heads up a hill. Continue on this trail over the top and ride down the other side, at this point the trail may become very steep. Take switch back trail down until you come out of a grassy hill on the Squaw Gulch highway and just ride back to Grizzly Gulch Road.

How to get there:
From the Federal building ride up Grizzly Gulch for 1 mile until you come to a gate on the right side of the road that says no trespassing. From the gate you will see a faint trail which goes down to the gully and then back up to the old kilns. The Black forest trail begins there.
