Ride Summary:
An all around fun trail. Steep at times, the terrain is rolling but is treacherous in parts. Some sharp corners and high speeds make this a skilled trail.

Trail Description:
Take a romp through the forest on trails that are rarely used after the snow melts. The trails are maintained for cross-country skiing and summer users will find challenging riding over tree roots and rocks, making for a wild, zig-zaggy ride. The trial used for the ascent is gradual and moderately strong riders should be able to ride its entire length.

How to get there:
Follow Highway 14 along the Columbia River to the Carson turnoff then head north. After passing through Carson, follow Highway 141 past Wind River then go right on paved Forest Road 30 (just past the Fish Hatchery). Continue north for 13.7 miles to find an unsigned Sno-Park on the right with a restroom, picnic table, and area map.

Additional Notes:
A must ride if you are in this area!
