Trail Description:
The Naches Cliff ride covers the old wagon trail route of the pioneers on the west side of Naches Pass to the top of the cliff. The route follows well graded logging roads up to Government Meadow. The descent is on 4x4 routes and motorcycle paths along the route of the Naches Wagon Trail and is very steep and rough in sections. In order to preserve the famous cliff, that section of the trail has been closed to all but hikers. Mountain bikers must return to the road here. Everyone, however, should walk up the cliff and take a look.

How to get there:
From Greenwater drive east on Highway 410 for 2 miles then go left on Forest Road 70. Follow this paved road up the Greenwater River Valley for 8.7 miles then take a right on Road 7033 and follow the signs to the Greenwater Lake/Naches Trailhead.
