Here the road forks if you go sraight it will take you on a short but steep downhill then to the right and back to the parking lot. If you go left at the fork it will ascend the hill and then split three ways: right dead end straight will lead you to single track, left will lead you further up the road, then taking the next left and going straight it will take you to single track. Once on the single track it winds in and out of trees, rolling hills, low branches. There is a network of trails it this forested area. All the roads and single track intertwine so it's best to mix it up and go different ways each time.

How to get there:

Get off at the Romeville exit to Hwy 53 follow to Romeoville City Center (police station, city hall, fire station) turn left onto Montrose Drive and follow past police station (road forks) stay left, Montrose Drive continues. Follow to Belmont turn left and take first right (city park) follow the driveway loop clock wise around a small lake. Half way around turn up short road to parking lot and there you go!

This trail starts off in a parking lot and ends up behind a dumpster. Be careful of the needles and don't slip on the spent condoms though the empty wine bottles are fun to jump!
