Trail Description:
Enjoy beautiful rolling trails through hardwood and pine forests for mountain biking, hiking, walking or running. During the winter trails are used for cross country skiing but they are also open seven days a week during the summer. In addition to 36 km of rolling ski trails, there are 45 km of challenging single track trails. These trails have been designed and cut specifically for those who want a more technically difficult ride. The single track trails intertwine with the ski trail network so you can create endless possibilities of courses and obstacles. Regardless of your riding ability, you will find enjoyable terrain to explore.
Adult Day Pass: $8.00, Children 8 - 12 Day Pass: $4.00, Children 7 & Younger: FREE. Wednesday Nights, 5:00 pm. to Dusk: $5.00. Facility Fee includes parking, use of indoor facilities, eating areas, washrooms, outdoor bike and body wash stations and access to the Hardwood Hills Trail System.
How to get there:
Directions from Toronto: 400 North to Barrie - take the 400 extension north of Barrie. Take the first exit off the 400 extension onto Forbes Rd. (exit #111). Turn left at stop sign - follow Forbes Rd. NE for 10 km. Hardwood Hills will be on the left hand side of the road.
