This is one of my favorite rides....on my cyclocross bike. If you're looking for a "trail" this isn't it. Last fall I saw a group of little CU girls in a Jetta driving down it, sans problems. Great railroad-grade climb for about 20-30 minutes, and you can turn it into a big loop from town via Gold Hill.
