Trail Description:
Really sweet singletrack is the name of the game. Tons of trails, and tons of selection. There is everything from gently rolling stuff, to steep hills, with some "North Shore" type stuff thrown in for fun. You could spend as little or as much time at Waterdown as you could possibly want. This could be a good place for an adventureous beginner, but it is definitely recommended for intermediate and above riders. A great place, and the best thing

is that it is free.

How to get there:
From the QEW/403 go on the 403 until you get to Hwy 6 north towards Guelph. Take it north until you get to Clappison's Corner (the intersection of Hwys 5 & 6). Take a right turn heading east and you'll quickly come to Bayview on your right, turn there and then take your second left onto Rockcliffe. Look for the little parking lot on

the right hand side. Look for the trail, it's right there!

From the 401 go towards Guelph, and take Hwy 6 south untll you get to Hwy 5. Turn left going east, and follow the same directions as if you were coming from the 403.

I'm finding them for my sister. I'm trying to find the most recipes with pictures and the ages of baby for the recipes. Blogs are usually where I would expect to find them.. r4i 3ds

yeh this place is good, live right beside it so very convenient. be sure to ride to the quarry and make the start there instead of bayview. there is at least 30-40% more trail if you go through the quarry first.

I checked this place out yesterday and it was good - I go to school at mcmaster so I'm looking for decent trails in the area. I'm come from right around ravenshoe (brownhill) and it's hard to get used to anything but that (it rocks). This place almost reminded me of it but I got lost at least a thousand times and found myself on ATV trails or something (running under powerlines?). Are there maps anywhere around for this place or does everyone have to figure this place out for themselves? Could someone who knows the area give out a couple pointers - just general directions (within the forest) if possible
