Trail Description:
This trail is the lesser known brethren of the popular 96th Street trails of Indy, but if you start on these it's a great way to warm up for the roller coaster ride of 96th. Start at the trailhead at Indy Bicycle Garage on 82nd street and follow the single track until it comes out in a condominium on 91st and Allisonville. Ride by road to 96th street and head east to the trailheads on 96th. Great way to add a couple extra miles to a nice afternoon ride in Indy.

How to get there:
Take Allisonville Road exit from I-465 and follow 82nd street east to Clearwater Crossing. Park at Bicycle Garage Indy and hit the trail.

not a bad trail, its pretty easy and flat which makes it a good trail for beginners. my favorite part was the stream crossing

82nd is a good trail for beginners, also 96th is pretty easy. if your looking for a BIG challange you should go to rangeline in Anderson. its well worth it. they have trails ranging from easy to Expert with giant climbs, turns, rocks, trees, tight obsticals.rangeline has the best trails i have ever ridden in Indiana, and the best part is that they are ADDING MORE! really check it out, not not full of bs. directions get off 69 at the 2nd anderson exit, turn left at the light (scatterfield rd), go about 4 miles and turn right on mounds road right after the railroad tracks. at the next light take a left (rangeline rd) right after you go over the river look for a parking lot on the left side, then you have found it!

Super Starter Trail. And I think this is a good model of what the Mountain Bike community needs LOTS of. Nice intro trails that wont kill newbies. Bicycle Garage Indy sits on a gold mine here. The trail is bordered by 4-5 large apartment complexes full of 20 somethings. This is a great way to sell mountain bikes and get people involved. When riding this trail, make sure to hit the "high trail" that borders the lake at AMLI. Watch for a right turn when you pass under I-65.

It is a very good first time trail. I have fun on it but will need to find another harder trail.

The directions are wrong. From Allisonville you go west it will be on your right. From Keystone go east it will be on your left.
