Washington Crossing State Park

Trail Description:
There are lots of trails to choose from offering a little bit of everything. A couple of really nasty chutes for the psycho but generally easy rolling with some areas that you can really get nice speed and sweeping turns.

How to get there:
NJ rt 29 north of trenton, park in the lot next to the river and cross over the overhead bridge.

Additional Notes:
easy access to the canal tow path for a long aerobic work out

These trails are fun, however does anyone know of any trails near this area in bike riding vicinity

The marked trails are short, boring and a waste... ride into the park, look out for hikers, and ditch down any of the red, blue, yellow or other paths marked "no biking" to find some varying trails. Watch out on some, as they aren't traveled much by bikes (obviously) and may be overgrown. There are definitely some short, steep, technical hills with roots/rocks, etc, stream crossings and the like.

A good ride for the better than beginner to intermediate rider. Lot's of fun if you steer clear of the field trails and head straight for the woods. The marked bike trails s-ck, but there are plenty of others. This place is my daily ride if I don't have too much time.
