Trail Description:
This ride offers enough of everything to make the trip worth it. It's 100% single track and once you get spit out at the road you can either opt to ride back the same way or ride up, up, up, up 1.5 miles to a great waterfall. The ride down from the waterfall is the best and the amount of maintenance that is done on the trails makes it worth riding. The trail is twisty and turns enough to really make you keep guessing and there are enough hills and downhills to satisfy anyone.

How to get there:
Exit I-5 South at Cottage Grove and turn Left. Drive out on Row River Road and DON'T turn off the road. You'll pass by Dorena Lake and a drive through a couple of small towns. The trail head is about 20 miles from Cottage Grove. You'll know you're close when the road loses it's stripes. Once the road narrows you're only about 3-4 miles from the trailhead. You'll see the sign to your left. Once there get out and ride.

Not overly technical, just a lot of easily ridden roots. The last 1.5 miles to the falls is highly aerobic- you have got to have iron legs or you will be pushing the bike. Big attraction is the creek itself which has swimmable pools/campgrounds. My gnards have NEVER been so cold.

Adrenalin rush for 90% of this ride. Fifty to 75 foot drops straight down into crystal clear stream. Not overly techie but mistakes are punished severely!(DEATH)An absolute must for your portfolio, though.

Its not a bad little trail, if a bit dull at times. It is kinda technical in some spots and kinda fast in others. The end is a B***h of a climb up to the waterfall, but well worth the effort. Check out some of the other trails in the area though.
