not for beginners (i found out the hard way - face planted 3 times as i went downhill) the track down is great. there are padded banks (sloped walls) to help ease the sharp corners and more than just one jump. some of them i decided not to gove over cause they looked too much for my experience. a bunch of mini cliffs resulting from boudlers, big roots and man-made too. if you like downhill, this is a great spot. i have only a cross-country bike, but it was still very fun. there is a parking lot of you continue along dewdney trunk road instead of the logging road mentioned above. an easier mountain called red mountain is just across the road, but i havent ventured there yet.

Once you get down Bear Mtn. to the pond cross the street and head up Red Mtn. for 2 hours of similair downhill riding
