Trail Description:
Well maintained, lots of flats with some steep climbs, one section is technical, but generally fast and fun.
How to get there:
Highway 96 to Fairview, watch for the Bowie State Park sign on the right just after McDonalds
Additional Notes:
trails are closed when wet

But Jones really did do a fantastic job of making a throwback sci-fi film that doesn't feel like a rip-off.I'm interested to see what he does with this, even if the premise doesn't sound great. I hope he pulls it off.

Well, couldn't call cause it was a Sunday. But it was completely dry out so we thought "there is no way the trail will be closed". It was. An hour and 25 minute drive. But, we were planning on checking out Montgomery Bell State Park as well so we went there and it was awesome, kind of.

make sure you call before you go...they close the trails a lot...we ended up driving two hours to find the trails shut down..thank goodness the nice ranger directed us to montgomery bell st. park..which rocked.

Not too tricky, not too crowded. Some potentially fast sections and nice jumps for advanced riders.

Go for the creek crossing if anything! And take that side trail, you won't get lost.
