Trail Description:
Small loop, beautiful view. Trail starts at back entrance to park. Nothing too challenging, some hills. Follow trail past lighthouse to cliff overlooking river. Go right along the ridge and take the trail down to the beach. here you can loop back around or ride along the beach.
How to get there:
Take I-95 Maryland exit 100 towards North East (Rt. 272 South) Stay on this road for about 15 miles. There are several entrances to the park but go until the last one that is at the end of the road.
Additional Notes:
Not the best trail in the area. For more advanced and longer/better rides, try the Fair Hill Equestr

The original trail description above is of the blue trail (easy) to/from the lighthouse, which is one of five trails in this SP. Not all trails are multi-use (for example, the connectors that are very close to the campground - they're marked). PLEASE check with the park office so bikes don't completely lose access here. The orange trail offers a good, and at times challenging, ride. The trailhead is at the large parking lot at the Rogues Harbor area past the campground.

There is a small loop down by the lighthouse, this is suitable for beginners. However there are much more challenging trails and even more trail options located slightly north.(starts right after North Bay) Green trail starts very close to park office, where you may obtain a map $3 early '09

Who ever listed this place hasn't ridden much of it. This place is sweet, tight windy single track with a few short climbs up and down the hill side. I don't know how large it is because I've only been there about 4 times but what I rode is probably 12 mile loop. I parked at the first entrance not the last. There is deffinately more to explore. From what I've been told you might be able to get a pretty good size loop linked up once you know the trails.

Alot more to it than this review suggests. Tight, winding singletrack, and numerous obstacles, combined with some rolling terrain make this a great ride. There are many trails, not just 1 big loop. It all makes for a fast, fun ride. Also, as of 5/20/02 a tornado had done significant damage to the trail system.
