Definitely something for everyone, really the only place like it around here. Some trails still wet this early in the season, but most are usable. Did get swallowed up by a few mud pits the other day though but I consider that part of the fun.

This is a great trail, may very well be one of the better trails in New York, not the best. However, it does have the best view which over looks Honeyoe Lake. I must say that this is not for beginners due to its technical climbs, switchbacks and rock gardens.

The trail is great although I would disagree that its suitable for beginners. Moderate experience is required as there are some very tricky descents and 90% of the riding is single track. Forget the six hours of riding too as most experienced cyclists could do the whole trail system in about 90 minutes. The best of the park: The overlook!

Only 45 min. from center of Rochester. Great for all victims of Monroe County's B.S. laws. However, the directions listed here fail to mention that 37 bends and continues rt. at one pt., but you want to continue straight which is Canadice Rd., THEN steer off left on the dirt road (Ross Rd). Thoughts on rating: 1 awesome view of lake; bathrooms ; good ups & downs (no ridiculous ascents, but has many steep areas throughout; many trails to choose; large map posted w/ box for smaller paper maps (although there were none when I was there); nothing I would consider technical, but then this was my first experience at a mountain bike park---so take that as you want; I have a strict downhill bike and my outta shape ass was weezin/ and walkin a lot. P.S. word is there's a race here Aug 10th--contact Park Ave. Bike Shop for details. So for downhilling this would get a 3 otherwise I'd say 4 for the rest of yall.
