Trail Description:
This is a very advanced network of trails which wind across and back on each other. There is an outer loop of about 5.5 miles, but there are easily another 12-15 miles of trails winding through this area. The trail is very narrow and windy, with some moderate climbs, none of which are very long, but some of which can be very technical. There is really something for everyone here. I have taken my 9y/o son for rides here as well as raced in the 12-hour race held here every year. There are tough sections, but mostly it is a rolling type of trail which is very rough in places. This is a fantastic place for a night ride.

How to get there:
Go North from Springfield on Hwy. 13 about 3 miles. There will be a parks department sign on the right pointing to the park. Turn left on to the road leading down to the water treatment plant. Additional Notes:

This made for an enjoyable afternoon of riding. Good for novice riders to build some skills and for more experienced riders to ride really fast on. Nothing very technical, but there was one three foot drop-off in the middle of a downhill section that my friends and I went back and rode a half dozen times during our ride.
