Trail Description:
15 miles of single track mixed with 15 miles of closed ATV trails makes a perfect place to ride for all skill levels. Be sure to ride the "Trip To the Moon" and check out the great downhill on "Haystack."
How to get there:
Mountwood Park is located 12 miles east of Parkersburg, WV (and I-77)on U.S. Rt. 50.

Note there are more than 25 miles of trails and over 80% of them are singletrack. A new map of trails has been posted in the Marina Parking area. Smaller maps should be available at the display as well. Trail descriptions and distances soon to be available. You can print the new map by visiting RVMBA.com and check out "Where we ride". So many great trails to choose from, and all of them are well maintained. If you park near the shooting range there are two new trails that loop off of the lake trail. Great place to ride.

Very well maintained trails by the local bike club...excellent for the xc rider, w/ some short but sweet dh runs that are easy but fun. If some black diamond/freeride type areas could be added It would be even better. Massive potential.
