The knob is only just over 5 miles now since they closed the bottom section well over a year ago. The top half is still the best part anyways and its just over 5 miles long. Still a tough ride where you will likely bleed and smile all at once. If you are near Wooster Ohio you don't want to miss this one. FYI they do hunt here in the fall and early winter as this is privately owned land. Make sure you throw a few bucks in the donation box of the cabin, we don't want DR. Knob running out of beer funds.

Best ride around. If you're looking for a happy, fun, little trail, keep your $200, Wallmart special, piece of crap bike at home. If you want a ball-buster with lots of technical riding, this is your place. Go home tired. Go home muddy. Go home with a grin on your face.

Extremely well maintained and very technical for Ohio's standards. Definitely check it out and be prepared to be tired after the ride. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Simply the best course in Ohio. Coming from Colorado I was sure I wouldn't find any trails/courses worthly. This one measures up. Excellent single track with good long climbs and downhills that will test your skills and help you develop your techicnal riding as well. If you can't find the site as you drive up and down Mechanicsburg road just look for the big wooden Vulture next to the corn field pointing the way. The staff or persons that groom and build the trail are excellent so make sure to leave a donation at the trail-head. Good job Vulture's knob, Rock On!

This trail is simply amazing. If you haven't ridden this trail yet, you haven't experienced mountain biking in the midwest. Plenty of log bridges, as well as regular bridges to entertain yourself. Make sure your brakes work, because you'll be using them on the steep descents.
