Hillsdale Equestrian/bike

Trail Description:
this is an equestrian trail watch .Many trees cross the trail, rocky steep terrain, and never maintained except by the horses!

How to get there:
69 hwy. south from I-35 to hillsdale lake exit go 3-4 miles west to corp.of engineers headquarters and read map.

Additional Notes:
there are several points on the trail to put in. the corp. wants a $4.00 chagre/useage at the self p

Went there today to try the trails, almost a waste of time but not quite. The trails were easy but often the single track was worn fairly deep. Surface was clay based mud with many wet areas. Most of what would have been good downhill sections were mudbogs with scattered stones. Decent scenery though.

I only rode a very small section of this, but I found it nigh on impassable.
