This is the first trail I've ever been on and it's my second ride on it. I really like the single track that goes up and down and around the face of the big hill. I was surprised how good the outer trail was. The trail surrounds you with palms, trees and bushes. Thanks to those who keep the trail.

I figured I'd write an update since it's been a few months since anyone has. I took the outer trail and was impressed. I didn't have high expectations, but it was a fun ride. It's not too technical so you can ride pretty fast which is a nice change from Pinehurst trail which is more technical. I'll definitely be back...maybe even next weekend.

First time there, the one trail on the hill is a total cardio that will test you. The second trail is really cool, some technical stuff, tree stomps and even little hills. I was impressed and exhausted. Going back again real soon.

The single track trail that runs around the perimeter of the park for about 3 miles. This trail is good for the novice/intermediate. There is alot of hairpin turns and inclines. For South Florida, this is a chalenging trail. You will work up a sweat! This course is maintained by the Palm Beach Mountian Bike Association, they do a good job. There is also a paved and dirt road that goes through out the park.
