Went in August 08 found the trails were terribly maintained. Completely overgrown with thick foliage. Some runs I enjoyed the overgrowth because it really felt like you're just barreling through the forest free riding. I enjoyed it until I hit a large crater that was not visible due to the overgrowth which sent me over the handle bars hard. Also be sure to pick up a map at the lodge, I found a bunch of trails unmarked or the signs for them fallen and laying on the ground. I personally wouldn't go back unless they do some good trail maintenance.
