This trail is extremly easy, It doesnt really offer much not even for a begainer I would sugest checking out other trails like iriquois park or capital view I came to this park for a challenge but instead found this trail is "easy" but if your new to mountain biking or just wanna take your boyfriend or girl friend out for a simple safe ride then this is the trail for you

There are some awesome jumps up by the bridge. All you have to do is find the bridge and get on the concrete path that goes somewhat uphill and in about 20 turn left there are some cool jumps, we made them

FUN! Best feature: it is right in Lexington and easily accessible on weeknights. Don't forget to ride the meadows, too.

For those of us trapped in the city during the week, this trail offers a nice quick relief from the grind! The trail is actually fun and you can piece together a nice little ride if you know the system well enough! Pretty entertaining considering there is nothing else around!

I thought the track was a good place for a beginner. I have just started riding and live close enough to bike to the trial. I found it to be challenging and fun for a starter course.

This trail is nice for afterwork. You can get thru it relatively quickly. Be careful after it rains because there is a lot of standing water and mud near the creek that can quickly get in your tires and is hard to get out. This trail needs a lot of TLC. There are too many spots on the trail which you are getting brushed by the overgrowth. I have yet to find a section which is very technical. also there are no long hard climbs. This is a easy trail and i would recommend it for a quick ride. Also, a trail map would help because there is alot to navigate thru, but it is tough to get lost because there are outs everywhere that lead to a neighborhood somewhere.

Being new at the sport, this was actually our first trail. We bike here about once a week and have yet to get bored with it. Almost half the trail is along a creek. The remaining portion of the trail is through some heavily forested areas and also conicides with a frisbee golf trail.
