From the parking lot you face a steep climb and then a lot of boring double track where you are passing hikers. Bring extra tubes (2 flat tires) as the ride back is more extreme with some parts where you need to walk your bike.

Have 32 spoke wheels? You might return with only 27 spokes from the loop trip(up Powderface ridge and back down Prairie Creek). Excellent tech riding, drops, grinds and DEATH COOKIES!
