Just rode Alafia for the first time in just over a year, such a good time. Very wet and mudding this past weekend, very fun

I just got into off-road ridding and decided alafia would be my first trail ride. I was on a hybrid with skinny road tires!! it was deff a challenge, But it was awsome. the trails are so clean and everyone is freindly. cant wait to go back with the right gear!!!!

something for everyone. trails can be a little confusing at intersections. and the fee is actually $3 if you are alone or $4-5 for a carload. definitely worth the cash.

This is a beautiful state park, it was our first time off road biking in florida and we are used to trails in md. pa. and w.va. We rode the whole park over a few days, many of the begginner trails are grass thru open fields in the sun, many trails not clearly marked, it pays to have a trail map with you - all the trails are relatively flat and easy - even the toughest trails are short in length with some rapid elevation changes, some of the double diamond trails are very steep and poorly maintained as far as overhanging branches and vegetation, all in all a fun place to ride once you become familiar with the trails.
